Risk Analyst

What You'll Be Doing

1. Analyzing financial, operational, and strategic risks to mitigate potential threats.
2. Conducting risk assessments, scenario analysis, and stress testing.
3. Developing risk models, dashboards, and reports to support decision-making.
4. Monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk policies.
5. Identifying trends and recommending risk mitigation strategies.
6. Collaborating with stakeholders to enhance risk awareness and controls.
7. Keeping up with industry trends, emerging risks, and best practices.

Requirements

1. Experience: 3 years in risk analysis, compliance, or financial risk management.
2. Education: A degree in Finance, Risk Management, Economics, or a related field.
3. Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation abilities.
4. Tech Tools: Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, or risk modeling software.
5. Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with risk management frameworks (ISO, Basel, COSO, etc.).

Additional Qualities

• Attention to Detail: Ability to spot risks others might miss.
• Bonus Points: Certifications like FRM, PRM, or CFA are a plus!
