Job description

We have a current opportunity for a Rigid Pipelines Engineer on a contract basis.

Duration: 12 months

Work Arrangement: Smart working, approximately 2 days per week in Basingstoke and 3 days WFH.

Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate a team of specialist engineers and/or external companies to perform pipeline system design, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely execution of engineering activities by internal and external teams.
  2. Perform analyses and calculations related to pipeline engineering for conceptual, FEED, or detailed design phases of onshore and offshore pipeline projects.
  3. Provide technical supervision and assistance during offshore pipeline installation onboard installation vessels.
  4. Prepare ITT documents and evaluate technical bids.
  5. Ensure pipeline system design and specifications comply with project requirements, COMPANY Standards, international standards (ISO 13623, DNV ST F101, ASME B31.4, ASME B31.8, etc.), local standards, and industry best practices.
