  • Masters degree in Electronic Engineering.
  • 10+ Years of experience in a relevant field.

  • Proficiency in Matlab, Ansys HFSS, Altium.
  • Skills : Leadership, Requirement Management, System Engineering, Product Development, Document Writing Skills.

  • Strong knowledge of RF theory, electronic and antenna design, wireless communication, radar systems, signal processing, and regulatory compliance.

Duties and responsibilities :

This role is essential to lead the development of advanced radar, radio, and signal intelligence systems, ensuring cutting-edge solutions meet industry standards and compliance. This position focuses on defining product architecture, overseeing RF and antenna designs, maintaining quality assurance, and driving innovation through strategic planning and mentorship of the engineering team. It combines technical expertise with leadership to solve complex RF challenges. The applicant can contribute in all those areas and will be challenged with exiting problems to solve.
