Duties & Responsibilities

About the Role :

As a Revit / CAD Technician, you will play a key role in the design and coordination of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) systems, with a strong focus on HVAC. You will work closely with engineers and project teams to develop high-quality 3D models, drawings, and technical documentation using Revit and AutoCAD.

Key Responsibilities :

• Create and maintain detailed 3D models in Revit for building services and HVAC systems.
• Develop accurate 2D CAD drawings and technical schematics.
• Collaborate with engineers and project teams to ensure design accuracy and coordination.
• Work on multiple projects, ensuring that deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Assist in clash detection and coordination with other disciplines.
• Maintain project documentation and adhere to company BIM standards.

Requirements :

• Proficiency in Revit MEP and AutoCAD (essential).
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and building services design.
• Experience working on MEP projects in the construction/building services industry.
• Familiarity with BIM Level 2 processes and standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
