Our projects are bespoke, innovative, and highly personal.

Role overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Revit Technician with a strong interior design background. This role involves producing technical drawings for a wide range of interior design projects—small to large-scale, basic to complex—using Revit, with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, meticulous, and experienced in navigating detailed interior models and documentation.

This position will be based in Greenpoint, Cape Town.

Key responsibilities:

  • Produce detailed technical drawings using Revit for various interior design projects
  • Create and manage custom models of furniture, lighting, and materials with accurate textures
  • Prepare comprehensive furniture layouts, spatial planning, and numbered layouts linked to registers
  • Develop interior design documentation including plans, sections, elevations, and joinery details
  • Create architectural 3D views for client presentations and internal use, optimizing angles and visuals
  • Import, convert, and work from AutoCAD files in Revit
  • Collaborate closely with interior designers and assist in meeting project deadlines
  • Support in preparing electrical and lighting layout packs, including bed elevations, artwork, feature lighting, and window treatments
  • Review consultant drawings to identify coordination issues and propose solutions
  • Adhere to studio standards, naming conventions, and continuously contribute to process improvement

What you bring:
  • Education: National Diploma in Interior Design
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years in a similar Revit-based role within the interior design industry
  • Software Proficiency: Revit and AutoCAD
  • Project Scope: Involvement in at least four different project types and three project phases
  • Strong understanding of design documentation and detailing
  • Skilled in producing accurate and visually compelling drawings and 3D visuals
  • Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proactive, flexible, and capable of working under pressure on multiple projects
  • High attention to detail, methodical, and consistent in execution
  • Able to interpret instructions clearly and solve design-related problems creatively
Competencies and behaviours for success:
  • Positive, hands-on, and solution-focused attitude
  • Self-starter who works well both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Demonstrates initiative and a commitment to personal and professional growth
  • Maintains confidentiality and professionalism at all times
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
