You’ll play a vital role in advancing digital best practices, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring high standards of modelling, detailing, and documentation are met across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide team members on efficient BIM workflows, Revit Central File navigation, and model setup.
  • Lead the monthly audit, publishing, and development of the Revit Furniture Library and seamless texture libraries.
  • Convert and import external formats (MAX/OBJ/SAT/DWG) into Revit-compatible content.
  • Assist with electrical, lighting, artwork, and window treatment coordination drawings.
  • Provide high-quality 3D views and render preparation using Lumion and post-production software like Photoshop or Gimp.
  • Ensure full compliance with ARRCC’s documentation and file management systems and contribute to their ongoing improvement.
  • Support training, mentorship, and skills development within the technical team.

  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and custom furniture detailing.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office, with strong documentation and communication capabilities.
  • Detail-oriented, accurate, and efficient under pressure.
  • Strong sense of ownership, proactive attitude, and the ability to manage priorities autonomously.
  • Excellent collaboration, problem-solving, and judgement skills.
