Job Description:

I am representing a leading M&E subcontractor based in the City of London.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the BIM Manager to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems within BIM projects.
• Oversee and coordinate the use of Revit MEP software for design, analysis, and documentation.
• Manage Stage 5 coordination on office fit-out projects.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of BIM models for MEP systems.
• Participate actively in coordination meetings to ensure effective communication among project stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Revit MEP Coordinator within an M&E subcontractor setting.
• Proficient in using Revit MEP software for the coordination of Mechanical and Electrical systems.
• Experience with Stage 5 coordination on all services.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
