We're seeking a proactive and process-driven Revenue Operations Analyst to support the efficiency and accuracy of our revenue operations. In this role, you'll take ownership of managing partner kickbacks—ensuring they’re correctly recorded and received on time. You'll dig into data, troubleshoot issues, and identify opportunities to optimize how we work. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who loves solving problems and finding better ways to work. You’re great at managing your time, even when things get busy, and you’re comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and other CRMs. You know how to dig into the root of issues, improve processes, and work well both independently and with others across different teams.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Own and manage the global partner kickbacks collection process, ensuring timely follow-up and identifying new opportunities through accurate data.
  • Support the rollout of new processes, workflows, and playbooks to improve partner operations.
  • Create and share regular sales reports with our white-label and gray-label partners.
  • Reconcile partner sales data to verify invoice accuracy and ensure correct billing.
  • Review and approve incoming and outgoing partner invoices as the first point of contact.
  • Use data and metrics to uncover insights, highlight trends, and suggest improvements.
What you need to bring:

We're looking for a candidate who has experience with the following:

  • Prior experience in billing, accounts receivable, or financial operations.
  • A background in industries with recurring billing models, revenue-sharing structures, or partner ecosystems.
  • Able to work well independently and in groups.
  • Strong background in operational analytics to assist in defining efficient processes/workflows and drive much needed enhancements.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and work accordingly with other departments.
