We are assisting our client, a leading IT Managed Services Provider (MSP) based in the UK, in finding a dynamic Revenue Operations Analyst to drive sales business planning, generate insights, and achieve operational excellence within their sales organisation. The role involves close collaboration with teams across Business Systems, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Business Operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for optimising sales operations, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
Minimum Requirements:
4+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
At least 3 years of experience in business planning, revenue operations, or consulting, preferably in a B2B technology environment.
Strong understanding of sales and marketing processes.
Proven track record of leading initiatives that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
Experience in project management, preferably within management consulting or strategic planning teams in technology companies.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
Experience working in a high-velocity, metrics-driven sales organisation.
Familiarity with CRM systems (Dynamics CRM preferred); CRM implementation experience is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks effectively, and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with management to drive data-driven decisions and optimise resources for business growth.
Conduct business analyses to identify critical opportunities for revenue growth and efficiency improvements.
Establish scalable process improvements within revenue operations to enhance overall performance.
Lead key projects and initiatives from start to completion.
Support sales and revenue generation activities, including setting quarterly and annual goals.
Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to drive alignment and achieve key objectives.
Contribute to the development and execution of go-to-market strategies.
Lead operational reviews to track progress on organisational goals.
Support leadership meetings, facilitating discussions on critical business issues and opportunities.
Recommend and implement new systems to enhance productivity and efficiency.
