Skills and Educational Requirements

  • Degree in Finance / Business related.
  • 8 years experience in a similar environment, 4 years in management.
  • Deep understanding of pricing models, revenue optimization strategies, and their application to drive topline growth.
  • Proficiency in using data to drive decision-making, identifying trends and leveraging insights to optimize pricing and growth strategies.
  • Strong ability to lead and collaborate across sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment of revenue initiatives.
  • In-depth understanding of the South African beverage market, competitive landscape, and customer behavior to inform strategic decisions.
  • Excellent skills in managing relationships with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions at both local and global levels.
  • Ability to identify new business opportunities, develop innovative solutions, and drive profitable growth through market-leading initiatives.
  • Capability to mentor, manage, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with organizational goals.
