Now is the time to jump onboard. We are looking for an experienced talented mid-Level e-Commerce Retoucher / finish artist focused on volume-based image retouching and post-production.

In this collaborative, fast-paced & deadline-driven environment, you will work with the Studio teams, suppliers and brands to process and produce high-quality customer-facing imagery for online Marketplace and across other media formats.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

1. Retouch, plate and resize supplied images and upload to the brand as required.
2. Show excellent ability to retouch skin without compromising skin texture.
3. Adhere to file and server management procedures for all supplied and working files, including naming conventions, storage location, version control, and archive / restore management.
4. Participate in and oversee all published quality control measures and sign-off procedures for output and upload.
5. Record accurately and promptly all labour and required comments in job management & time management.
6. Possibly support creative development by building composites to foster creative concepts or identify specific execution.

WHO YOU ARE

This job is for you if you have:

1. 5+ years of e-commerce retouching experience in high-volume workflows - commercial experience is also encouraged.
2. Expert experience with Adobe CC and Capture One, Photoshop, and Adobe software.
3. Solid understanding of colour management for both print and digital applications and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
4. A keen understanding and eye for fashion would be beneficial.
5. Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
6. Maintain an attitude of unquestioned integrity.
7. Possess a high standard for on-time delivery of daily deliverables and department projects.
8. Good visual, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
9. Ability to work overtime and weekends if / when needed.
10. Forward-thinking and anticipatory with the ability to make educated decisions quickly based on complete knowledge of company and business objectives.
11. Solid understanding of anatomy and an illustration background will go a long way.

Skills you already have:

1. Solid and polished retouching skills – keen eye and aesthetic.
2. Large-volume workflow management skills.
3. Experience in Automation and AI functionality is a bonus.
4. Understanding and experience in Upscaling.
5. Sharp eye for composition, crop, and colour correction skills.
6. Ability to work collaboratively and deliver quality imagery.
7. Strong knowledge of colour theory.
8. Proactive and show initiative to foresee and resolve problems related to imagery.
9. Proven ability to work to strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
