Job Description: At Sage, our Retention Advisors manage contract renewals within our existing customer base. This hybrid role requires working on-site three days a week. Your role impacts our bottom line by driving customer retention, facilitating migrations, and exceeding renewal and migration revenue targets. Success depends on collaboration across teams and with customers and partners.
