1 year call centre experience AND / OR 6 months Direct Sales experience (excluding retail clothing) OR Collections and customer service experience

Key Responsibilities

Understand customers' requirements to create tailored packages, persuading new customers to choose Sky or upgrading current subscriptions through engaging conversations.

Stay updated with all Sky products and campaigns to support and promote products and the Sky brand effectively.

Maintain customer-centric approach in all interactions.

Share best practices and participate in feedback sessions for continuous improvement.

Engage in ongoing self-development using available learning resources.

Deliver exceptional service in every interaction.

Adhere to all compliance guidelines to ensure responsible selling of entertainment products.
