Our client in the long term/short term industry in Claremont, Cape Town, has a 12 month contract for a Retail Worksite Sales Manager.
Overview of this role: As our Retail Worksite Sales Manager, you’ll spearhead the growth of our new distribution channel by leading a high-performing team of worksite specialists. You will not only drive team sales performance but also be responsible for opening new employer group sites, building partnerships, and expanding our footprint in Cape Town, followed by other regions.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to a strategic thinker and people-first coach who is deeply experienced in insurance sales and worksite dynamics. You’ll lead from the front, coaching your team through face-to-face worksite engagement while ensuring smooth digital onboarding via tablets or laptops.
You will own the success of the worksite sales team by guiding daily operations, expanding access to new employer groups, and ensuring each team member delivers measurable sales outcomes.
