Key Responsibilities

Financial Performance:

  • Deliver revenue and develop key customers and vertical sales activities for the region.
  • Establish a Management Operating System (MOS) for management reporting, increasing customer base and loyalty, identifying risks with mitigation plans, and providing input to improve customer experience.
  • Utilize SFDC as a CRM tool to report, monitor, and drive growth in market share within key verticals.
  • Drive new product introductions to address unmet customer needs and market gaps.
  • Secure executive sponsorship for select strategic and growth customers.
  • Provide accurate forecasts of orders and growth opportunities to the operations team.

Business Relationships:

  • Build relationships with the executive teams of key customers and channel partners, and successfully present proposals at this level.
  • Leverage relationships with customers to support local sales strategies.
  • Provide Voice of Customer (VOC) input for future product development.
  • Partner with marketing to translate strategy into deployment plans.

Sales Process:

  • Coordinate sales activities and manage resources to maximize results from identified opportunities.
  • Ensure adherence to approved sales processes.
  • Drive sales with integrity and consistency.
  • Share best practices across the sales team.
  • Train channel sales teams and coordinate with Honeywell META pre-sales teams to offer optimal technical solutions for end-user opportunities.

Customers:

  • Manage customer value and pricing by analyzing market dynamics and value propositions for targeted segments.
  • Facilitate competitive strategy planning with PSS leadership and teams.
  • Develop relationships with existing and potential key customers and channel partners.
  • Network effectively internally and externally to develop strong client relationships.
  • Identify market opportunities and work on these opportunities with selected channel partners.
You Must Have
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales role related to IT (telecom, network, infrastructure, cybersecurity, software) or AIDC products and solutions.
  • Proven track record of driving consistent growth and capturing market share.
