Role Summary

The Retail Sales Associate will be the face of the boutique, delivering personalized service to customers and helping them discover styles that make them look and feel amazing.

You will support daily store operations, maintain the visual appeal of the boutique, and ensure every customer leaves with a smile.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Greet customers warmly and provide fashion advice tailored to their needs and preferences.
  2. Maintain in-depth knowledge of the brand's products, sizes, fits, and trends.
  3. Assist with store merchandising, restocking, and maintaining a clean and organized space.
  4. Achieve personal and team sales goals through product knowledge and customer engagement.
  5. Process transactions efficiently using POS systems.
  6. Handle customer queries and returns with professionalism and empathy.
  7. Support store events, promotions, and marketing initiatives as needed.
Qualifications and Experience Required
  • Minimum of 1 year of retail or customer service experience, preferably in fashion.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
