As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth, ensuring operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer service.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead and develop a high-performing team of shop assistants and store staff
  2. Drive sales growth through effective promotion, training, and coaching of shop assistants
  3. Ensure operational excellence by maintaining high standards of store appearance, visual merchandising, inventory management, and loss prevention
  4. Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer needs and resolving issues promptly
  5. Assist with internal and external operations, including inventory management, front-end and back-end processes
  6. Uphold company policies, standards, and procedures at all times
Requirements
