We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Retail Store Manager to join our team at Mambo’s Castle Gate, Erasmus Park Pretoria. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth, ensuring operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of shop assistants and store staff
  • Drive sales growth through effective promotion, training, and coaching of shops assistants
  • Ensure operational excellence by maintaining high standards of store appearance, visual merchandising, inventory management, and loss prevention
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer needs and resolving issues promptly
  • Assist with internal and external operations, including inventory management, front-end and back-end processes
  • Uphold company policies, standards, and procedures at all times
