About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager with a strong fashion retail background to lead our store atMall@Mfula. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual who is passionate about customer experience, team leadership, and driving commercial success. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the store’s performance, ensuring operational excellence while cultivating a culture of high performance, innovation, and customer obsession.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver consistent levels of service that put the customer at the heart of everything we do.
- Achieve all set targets and KPIs as per the store’s scorecard.
- Coach and develop team members to unlock their full potential and align efforts to business goals.
- Drive execution of all promotional, selling, and operational initiatives in the store.
- Identify and act on in-store and external sales opportunities to increase footfall and returns.
- Maintain high service levels while meeting required productivity benchmarks.
- Champion the development and retention of young talent to build a strong internal pipeline.
- Ensure operational processes are effectively implemented and maintained to maximize profitability and protect brand integrity.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum Matric / Grade 12
- 3-5 years experience in a fashion retail store management role
- Relevant tertiary qualification is advantageous
- Strong understanding of retail operations, stock management, customer service, and team leadership
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Driver’s license and reliable transport is an advantage
