Qualifications

• Matric or equivalent (NQF Level 4) completed.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, providing expert advice on products and services.
• Drive sales by identifying customer needs, offering recommendations, and upselling products.
• Maintain thorough product knowledge including features, benefits and availability.
• Work closely with team members to achieve store goals and provide a seamless customer experience.
