Placements24 is seeking energetic Store Associates for our retail client in Upington. You will be the face of the brand, delivering friendly service, helping customers find products, and processing sales at the till with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Retail or customer service is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their visit.
• Assist customers in locating products and offer knowledgeable advice.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization and restock shelves.
• Support inventory tasks, such as receiving stock and stock takes.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor issues to ensure satisfaction.
