Placements24 is seeking a meticulous Retail Stock Controller for our Kimberley store. You will oversee stock from receiving to dispatch, ensuring accuracy and minimizing shrinkage in a fast-paced environment.

Key tasks include regular stock counts, reporting for purchasing decisions, and collaboration with sales teams to maintain product availability across the store in the Northern Cape.

Formación

• Prior experience in stock control or inventory management in retail.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and processes.
• Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.

About the Role

You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of stock management, from receiving and dispatching to inventory accuracy and loss prevention. This role is essential for ensuring that the right products are available at the right time, minimizing stockouts and overstock situations. Your diligence will directly impact the store's profitability and operational efficiency in the Northern Cape .

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all incoming and outgoing stock, ensuring accurate recording and verification.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile inventory records to maintain accuracy.

Requirements

• Proven experience in stock control , inventory management, or a similar role within retail.
• Strong understanding of inventory management systems and procedures.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management software.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in a fast-paced retail environment in Kimberley .
