About the Role

We are seeking a Retail Shop Assistant with expertise in tools and machinery to join our team in Rustenburg. In this customer-focused role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their purchases, offering expert advice on product selection, and ensuring a well-organised shopping environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and assisting customers in selecting the right tools and machinery for their needs.
• Maintain product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits, helping customers make informed purchasing decisions.
• Manage inventory, ensuring shelves are well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing to enhance the shopping experience.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
• Assist with the setup of promotions and merchandising displays to drive sales and encourage customer engagement.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth shop operations, including stocktaking and replenishment.
