Retail Service Advisor - Tyres

Our client is an established company within the tyre fitment industry and is continually expanding and striving to be the leaders within the industry, providing high-quality service in customer excellence. The position requires strong individuals with excellent interpersonal skills to deal with customers in a fast-paced environment.

You will be providing advice to customers regarding their tyres and other vehicle service requirements, managing administrative tasks, quotations, upselling, and resolving complaints that may arise. Positions are available in Ballito through to the Upper Highway Area.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Greet and assist customers in selecting the perfect tyres for their vehicles.
2. Provide information on tyre options, features, and benefits with genuine enthusiasm.
3. Create a positive in-store experience, building lasting relationships with our valued customers.
4. Embark on a comprehensive training program to become an expert on our range of tyre products.
5. Stay curious and updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and product innovations.
6. Learn and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly targets.
7. Utilize your natural communication skills to guide customers through the decision-making process.
8. Work closely with our experienced team to absorb knowledge, share insights, and contribute to a positive work environment.
9. Participate in team-building activities and training sessions to enhance your skills.
10. Showcase your potential and climb the career ladder within our expanding organization.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Drivers License and own vehicle.
2. Previous experience in sales/customer service roles/motor industry is highly advantageous.
3. Matric - Non-negotiable.
4. Enthusiastic and energetic personality.
5. Basic computer skills.
6. Desire to build a successful career in sales.
7. Ability to work retail hours/Saturdays.

Remuneration:
