Qualifications

• Grade 12/Matric is required.
• Advantageous to have a qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Retail Management or related field.
• Merchandising or FMCG certifications are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily sales and merchandising activities according to approved route plans.
• Ensure products are properly displayed and positioned within stores.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment requirements.
• Implement promotional campaigns and in-store marketing initiatives.
• Maximize shelf presence and brand visibility.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and merchandising objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of store visits and sales performance.
• Gather market intelligence and competitor information.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and store management.
• Respond professionally to customer enquiries and concerns.
• Deliver excellent service and product support.
• Identify opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and sales growth.
