Overview

Hire Resolve is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Field Manager to join a vegetable producer and supplier in Gauteng. As a Retail Sales Field Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of retail sales representatives, driving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with different departments to assess customer opportunities
• Support market initiatives and develop local programs
• Ensure timely input to the commercial planning process
• Achieve yearly volume, net revenue, and gross profit targets
• Increase market share and monitor performance
• Establish contracts and manage customer P&L
• Execute seasonal strategies and promotions
• Improve product distribution and availability
• Manage equipment placement and price execution
• Maintain effective communication and account relations
• Ensure complaints are followed up internally and maintain customer data
• Manage and maintain relationships for retail customers at store level
• Promote NG sales to new customers
• Manage shelf health

Requirements

• Relevant sales diploma or degree
• 3 to 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG
