Location: Dartfield Rd, Sandown, Sandton

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Are you a confident and ambitious sales professional with a solid retail background? A leading hardware retailer is seeking an experienced Senior Retail Sales Consultant to join our team at our Sandown location.

Key Requirements:

1. 4+ years of retail experience (experience in hardware is a plus)
2. Strong sales and customer service skills
3. Confident, ambitious, and able to build strong relationships with customers and team members
4. Leadership experience or previous management background is a distinct advantage
5. A solid personality with a strong presence and patience to handle various customer situations
6. Must live within 20 kilometers of Dartfield Rd, Sandown, Sandton to ensure reliable commuting

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist customers with product knowledge and purchases to drive sales
2. Meet performance targets and contribute to the store's sales growth
