We are seeking a confident, energetic sales consultant with a good understanding of tech products. Your role will involve handling in-store, phone, and online sales, managing displays, and serving as the go-to person for electronics.

Minimum Requirements:

• Completed Grade 12 (recent graduates encouraged to apply if eager to learn)
• Sales and customer service experience in retail
• Knowledge of tech products such as cellphones, laptops, etc.
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Honest, well-presented, and enthusiastic
• Social media savvy is a plus

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Sell pre-owned tech in-store, online, and via calls
• Provide excellent customer service
• Upsell, cross-sell, and close incoming leads
• Test and demonstrate items before sale
• Maintain attractive window displays and merchandising
• Stay informed about new arrivals and product info
• Promote value-added services like cash advances and personal loans
• Ensure store cleanliness and security
• Collaborate with team to meet store targets
