Retail role for a confident, energetic sales consultant who knows their way around tech. You’ll handle in-store, phone, and online sales, manage displays, and be the go-to person for all things electronics.

Salary: R12 000 to R15 000 per month. Commission based on individual target.

Requirements:

• Completed Grade 12 (recent grads welcome if eager to learn)
• Sales and customer service experience in a retail setting
• Tech product knowledge: cellphones, laptops, etc.
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Honest, well-presented, and enthusiastic
• Social media savvy is a bonus

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Sell pre-owned tech in-store, online, and via calls
• Provide excellent customer service
• Upsell, cross-sell, and close off incoming leads
• Test and demonstrate items before sale
• Keep window displays and merchandising on point
