Key functions:

  • Fulfilment of personal steps plan (by income, by product groups)
  • Consulting (including technical) clients on products, selection of the most suitable product, cross-selling on the basis of corporate standards
  • Consulting clients on product issues - warranty, repairs, deliveries, company policies on the basis of corporate standards
  • Processing incoming calls to the offline and online store and communications in online chat and messengers
  • Work in CRM system (ordering missing items, issuing goods to the client upon pick-up, pre-ordering goods)
  • Registration of sales, refunds, invoices, etc. in EXACT accounting software
  • Work with the cash register and compliance with cash discipline

Requirements:

  • Relevant work experience in similar positions of more than 1 year
  • Proficient user of English (oral and written)
  • Knowledge of IT products
  • Ability to work in multitasking mode and under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Energetic, highly motivated
