As a Retail Sales Associate at Better People, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a positive and welcoming store atmosphere. You will play a key role in creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeding their expectations.

Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service:
   1. Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
   2. Understand customer needs and provide product recommendations.
   3. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
2. Sales:
   1. Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
   2. Promote special offers and promotions.
3. Product Knowledge:
   1. Develop a thorough understanding of our products and services.
   2. Stay up-to-date on new product releases and promotions.
   3. Share product knowledge with customers and colleagues.
4. Teamwork:
   1. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals.
   2. Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
   3. Assist with other tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in retail sales or a related customer service role (specify minimum years preferred, e.g., 1-2 years).
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong customer service orientation.
4. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
5. High school diploma or equivalent.
6. SA ID/Passport.
