Our well-established client is looking for a Retail Property Manager to join their dynamic and skilled team in Johannesburg North.
Job Description:
The Retail Property Manager will be based at our client's offices in Johannesburg North but will be required to travel to Zambia once a month. The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Portfolio management
2. Negotiate and renew lease agreements with tenants
3. Risk management
4. Compliance and legal management

1. Relevant tertiary qualification
2. Experience in retail property management space
3. Is able and open to travelling to Zambia once a month
