Job summary

Dis-Chem Elarduspark is seeking a Casual Frontshop Assistant to uphold merchandising standards and support customer service at the point of sale. Responsibilities include ensuring complete product ranges are on shelves, stock is well maintained, and prices are accurate.

You will handle transactions, assist with shelf replenishment, and maintain a tidy storeroom in line with Dis-Chem policies. Be prepared for retail hours and a role focused on friendly, efficient customer care and accurate cash

Qualifications

• Grade 12 – Matric or Senior Certificate.
• 1 Year work experience within Retail is advantageous.
• Certification in Retail Business Management is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Ensure full product ranges are on shelves and neatly presented.
• Maintain stock levels and ensure products are not past sell-by date.
• Restock merchandise to maximise sales and assist customers.
• Process purchases and handle payments accurately.
• Report price discrepancies and keep the storeroom tidy and organized.
