Job summary

Pepkor Lifestyle, the Incredible Connection brand, is seeking a Front and Back Office Supervisor to lead a dynamic team and deliver exceptional service across store operations.

In this role you will optimize stock, enforce compliance and risk controls, manage cash handling and financial transactions, and mentor your staff to achieve high performance in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 Matric qualification.
• Minimum of three years of proven experience in Retail Management.

• Optimize Stock Management: Manage inventory effectively, minimize stock losses, and maintain optimal stock levels to meet sales demands.
