PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

We are seeking a Retail Finance Coordinator to join our growing Retail team to assist with reporting on all retail metrics. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, focused on accuracy, and possess strong analytical skills. This role requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to deliver under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Reporting
  • Preparing relevant sales reports
  • Analyzing and highlighting trends in sales performance
  • Contributing to the development of accurate and business-relevant forecasts
• Financial Reporting
  • Preparing and issuing financial reports (Budget variance, store expense reports)
  • Analyzing financial data to identify trends and leading indicators for overspending
  • Assisting in cost allocations
• Retail People Metrics
  • Reporting on all relevant People metrics for retail
  • Calculating and submitting all retail incentives as required by policy
• Annual Budgets
  • Contributing to the development of annual budgets
  • Communicating approved budgets to all retail expense owners
