Responsibilities

The key focus of the Retail Customer Success organization remains consistent:

  • To be focused on our customers and deliver on our Retail financial commitments, raising the bar on Customer satisfaction.
  • To transform the customer experience across every touch point of the customer journey and focus on Right Work Right Place initiatives.
  • To generate leads to drive growth across our portfolio, with a focus on our Retail Strategic Priorities.
  • To expedite the recruitment of retailers and further enhance the quality of retailer data, significantly improving our panel coverage and insights.
  • To contribute to positive integration and collaboration.
  • To engage, develop, and grow our FMCG + T&D team of 9 direct reports.

Together, as ONE Retail team, we will put clients at the core, uphold high standards, deliver on commitments, and improve every day.

Qualifications

  • At least a master’s degree, preferably in business or statistics.
  • 10+ years’ work experience, preferably within NielsenIQ, Retailer, consumer or trade marketing, analytics, insights, or market research.
  • Knowledge of the Retail / FMCG industry within the region and networking opportunities.
  • Knowledge of research techniques and NIQ methodologies is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Strong team management and interpersonal skills.
