What We’re Looking For

What To Expect

You will deliver outstanding online and telephone customer service, ensuring effective resolution of reported issues and fulfilling daily responsibilities in accordance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA).

Our typical shift pattern involves: 40 hours per week, between 11pm - 10am (SA), Sunday – Friday, on a rotational basis.

Please note: This position is based at our Boulevard site, in Woodstock, Cape Town.

As part of #theAteam, you’ll receive comprehensive training and support to be the voice of our client’s brand. There’s no room for average here.

Your Role Can Include, But Isn’t Limited To:

  • Diagnose and resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Document and update case details and solutions.
  • Follow service procedures and quality standards.
  • Ensure data protection and IT security compliance.
  • Adhere to safety, health, and workplace regulations.
  • Maintain professional communication and continually update product knowledge.
