Ascensos is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Cape Town. This role involves delivering exceptional online and telephone customer service, diagnosing customer issues, and ensuring compliance with service level agreements. Comprehensive training and support will be provided within an inclusive environment that fosters innovation and personal development.

What To Expect
You will deliver outstanding online and telephone customer service, ensuring effective resolution of reported issues and fulfilling daily responsibilities in accordance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Our typical shift pattern involves: 40 hours per week, between 11pm - 10am (SA), Sunday – Friday, on a rotational basis.
Please note: This position is based at our Boulevard site, in Woodstock, Cape Town.
