Job summary

iLaunch (Pty) Ltd in Cape Town seeks a skilled Category Manager to lead the growth and performance of convenience retail categories. You will develop and execute category management and sourcing strategies, manage supplier relationships and contracts, and drive profitability through assortment planning, promotions, and pricing.

The role requires 8+ years in FMCG category management or related fields, strong negotiation and analytics, and willingness to travel for site visits.

• Strong commercial, analytical, negotiation, and supplier management skills.
• Experience in category planning, promotions, and contract management.
• Willingness to travel and conduct site visits.
