You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the shop floor, meeting monthly targets, handling budgets, and managing staff recruitment and training. Ideal candidates will have proven experience in retail management, strong financial knowledge, and excellent communication skills. Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Retail Assistant Manager or similar position.
• Familiarity with financial and customer service principles.
• Good math skills with the ability to create and analyze reports, spreadsheets and sales statistics.

• Make sure the shop floor runs smoothly.
• Meet the store’s monthly targets and handle budgets.
