Job description

Retail Area Manager position available in Gauteng.

A well-established and expanding Luxury retail group is seeking a Retail Regional Manager to oversee and support multiple stores in Gauteng, South Africa.

This role is ideal for a driven, experienced professional ready to lead operations, boost sales performance, and develop high-performing teams.

Salary: R50,000 CTC per month.

MUST HAVE LUXURY RETAIL MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE!!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive regional sales and meet performance targets
  • Lead, mentor, and develop store managers and staff
  • Ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and cost control
  • Oversee marketing rollouts, visual merchandising, and in-store execution
  • Manage stock control, inventory processes, and customer service standards

Minimum Requirements:

  • National Diploma in Retail Management or related field (essential)
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in regional or multi-store retail management
  • Proven track record in team leadership, sales growth, and compliance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and retail POS systems
  • Knowledge of IR, labour law, and health & safety standards
