Job Description: Technical Consultant Graduate

Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) South Africa is offering an exciting opportunity for a Technical Consultant Graduate to join our team.

This program is designed to develop future Technical Project Managers through structured mentorship, hands-on project management experience, and professional certification opportunities.

Program Overview:

1. Mentorship & Training: For the first six months, the graduate will be mentored by a Senior Project Manager, learning essential project management methodologies and technical consulting skills.
2. Project Management Exposure: Initially responsible for managing installation projects, with a structured growth path leading to full end-to-end project management.
3. Career Progression: Over 1.5 years, the graduate will develop into a fully-fledged Technical Project Manager responsible for leading technical consulting projects.
4. Certifications: During the program, the candidate will acquire industry-recognized certifications such as Prince2 or PMP to strengthen their project management expertise.

Reporting Line: Reports into the South Africa Country Manager for Service Experience Delivery Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in managing and executing technical installation projects.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables align with client expectations.
3. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless project planning, execution, and reporting.
4. Participate in project risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
5. Engage in training and mentorship programs to build project management and technical consulting capabilities.

Mandatory Requirements:

1. Education: A fresh graduate or a candidate with 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
2. Degree: A Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related degree.
