As an Account Manager at DotActiv, you will engage with customers, manage projects, and identify growth opportunities while optimizing team performance. The role of the Account Manager is to study signed customer contracts, build project plans related to those contracts, manage projects, identify growth and solution opportunities, explore contract renewal possibilities, and ensure proper contract close-out.
The role also involves optimizing individual and team performance. With a starting Cost to Company of between R13,000 and R26,000 per month, we seek individuals who value strategic planning, problem-solving, customer satisfaction, and working in an innovative environment.
