Overview & Responsibilities

Role: Retail Account Lead

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with cross-functional teams to manage activity grids and support.
  • Manage the Key Accounts team to achieve key financial KPIs.
  • Manage Field Operations team to meet forward share targets, FOCO execution, and regional sales goals.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Operations team to build and manage joint business plans and customer strategies.
  • Build and lead a performance-driven team focused on achieving company KPIs.
  • Manage P&L and financial objectives based on budgets.
Team & Reporting

You will report to the Sales Director and manage a team of 5 people.

Experience & Skills Needed
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in direct team management and managing national/regional teams.
  • Experience negotiating national trading terms and managing grids.
  • Proven track record in sales management, distribution growth, and achieving financial KPIs.
  • Experience in managing field operations and agents is advantageous.
  • Strong customer relationship skills within FMCG.
  • Ability to build and execute joint business plans with cross-functional teams.
