What will you be doing?

The Retail Account Executive reports into the Retail Account Manager as part of the Retail client team.

The ideal candidate would need to have a high degree of organizational skills to support the Senior Account Executives, Account Managers and Account Director.

The role requires strong interpersonal engagement skills to deliver an all-round excellent service to the Retail client.

Job Responsibilities

1. Organizing and preparing for internal and client meetings
2. Capturing accurate minutes from meetings
3. Professionally summarizing minutes
4. Sharing with clear next steps, roles and responsibilities
5. Following up on outstanding tasks and issues with key stakeholders
6. Holding internal and external stakeholders accountable
7. Building strong relationships with clients and suppliers
8. Supporting technology adoption in client portfolio through the comprehensive understanding of our solution offering

Requirements

1. Tertiary Education with 1 - 3 years working experience
2. Demonstrate an innate interest in market research and data driven decision making
3. Enjoys both data analysis and delivery of insights presentations
4. High level of attention to detail
5. High level of technology proficiency
