We are working with a leading national law firm who are seeking to appoint a Senior Associate into their highly regarded Restructuring & Insolvency team in Manchester. The team is recognised in the Legal 500 for the breadth and quality of its work, advising insolvency practitioners, banks, funders, corporate clients, and investors. Their expertise spans transactional, advisory, and contentious matters. This opportunity is focused exclusively on transactional restructuring work, acting primarily for insolvency practitioners (and occasionally purchasers) on the sale and acquisition of businesses and/or assets.
