What Youll Do
  • Oversee the full operation of the restaurant, ensuring five-star service and consistency at every touchpoint.
  • Lead the team in delivering the Michelin-star chefs vision through seamless, structured service.
  • Implement strong operational systems and SOPs that set the benchmark for luxury hospitality.
  • Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing team committed to delivering personal and world-class service.

  • Partner with culinary and wine teams to create extraordinary food and wine experiences.
