What Youll Do
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth, seamless service at every level.
  • Lead and motivate a passionate front-of-house team to deliver world-class yet unpretentious hospitality.
  • Uphold the highest standards of guest care, presentation, and professionalism.
  • Work closely with the kitchen and beverage teams to deliver a thoughtful, locally inspired dining experience.
  • Manage financial performance, including budgets, stock control, and operational efficiency.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and pride in the West Coasts unique hospitality style.

  • Minimum 35 years management experience in a luxury or fine-dining environment.
