Restaurant Manager Roodepoort

Salary is Market Related based on experience. Range between R25 000 - R45 000.

Requirements:

1. 5 years' Experience in a similar role
2. Relevant qualification in hospitality management or a related field is an advantage
3. Experience and knowledge of regulations regarding health inspections, liquor licenses, and other legal requirements
4. Experience in kitchen operations and food, meal, and menu preparation
5. Proficiency in restaurant management software and computer applications
6. Strong management skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with customers and staff
7. Proven track record in restaurant management
