Responsibilities
People Management
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with employees, providing coaching, mentorship, and guidance
  • Implement corrective actions, performance management, or disciplinary processes as needed
  • Conduct performance reviews for Assistant and Junior Restaurant Managers, including personal development plans
  • Manage disciplinary hearings and monitor behavior to prevent abuse
  • Handle Department of Labour inspections and audits in collaboration with HRBP
  • Create a learning and development environment
  • Manage payroll processes according to company policies
Operational Management
  • Ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations
  • Monitor compliance with brand and operational standards
  • Address operational queries and breaches
  • Conduct weekly and period close GP counts
  • Lead weekly management meetings
  • Implement improvement plans based on quarterly reviews
  • Coordinate with facilities and maintenance teams
  • Work with Loss Prevention to manage risks
Financial Management
  • Contribute to budget development and monitor financial performance
  • Maintain financial controls and review income statements
  • Manage income and expenses to meet sales and profit targets
  • Review and approve invoices and resolve cash shortages
Marketing Management
  • Review and improve brand touchpoints quarterly
  • Plan and execute community initiatives and CSI programs
  • Identify opportunities to increase sales and promote the restaurant
  • Build relationships with the local community to increase large-scale orders
