Job Duties

1. Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant within the luxury game lodge
2. Ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction are maintained at all times
3. Manage and train restaurant staff to deliver exceptional customer service
4. Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance the dining experience
5. Monitor inventory, control food costs, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
6. Collaborate with the kitchen team to create menus that showcase local ingredients

Required Qualifications

1. Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
2. Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Knowledge of food and beverage operations

Education, Experience, Knowledge, And Skills

1. Relevant qualification in hospitality management or related field
2. Minimum of 2 years' experience in luxury restaurant management
3. Understanding of luxury service standards
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

1. Experience working in a luxury game lodge or high-end restaurant
2. Certification in food safety and hygiene
